  They required originals of documents i dont know why they were required to have (they say they were required but what my fathers death cert is for on a sale for a trailer that is already recoreded in my name i dont get) then dragged their feet to return it despite me providing a self addressed stamped envelope. The best part was that for some reason it seems they needed to cover up the cause of death and someone used regular invisable tape to cover it up.
